Hold down the SHIFT key and the ALT key and then press the number of the access key

Firefox - hold down 'Ctrl' and press either + or - to increase or decrease the font-size on the page (if you have a middle scroller on your mouse; whilst holding down the 'Ctrl' button, scroll up to decrease and scroll down to increase font-size)
